Issue With On-Call Management
Customers might have faced issues in receiving on-call notifications on new assignments or reassignments during the time 16:38 to 17:10 IST. Already triggered on-call notifications and escalation policies weren’t impacted. There were some trouble in viewing/updating the on-call schedules as well in UI. The issue is resolved and everything is operational.
